Our Client Portal is meant to give you as much information and control over the process as possible. You can share request details, however, is most efficient for you and your team. You will receive updates, questions and suggestions directly in the portal.
We will share updates and completed work via your Webflow staging server, once approved, we'll push the changes live, test and complete the task. You can then assign the next text for the team to begin working on.
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). A senior level developer, with full stack capabilities would likely be double the cost of a designer. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

When Webflow doesn't offer a native solution that fits your specific need, our team is more than capable of finding and implementing an elegant solution. Webflow is meant to be a gateway to a smooth user experience, not a hinderance and we are here to make sure it stays that way.
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design or development requests for your site(s) to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one (Starter Plan) or three at a time (Advanced Plan). You can pause a task or reprioritize as needed within your custom Client Portal.
FloPros offers a ton of flexibility in how you submit requests via our Client Portal using ClickUp. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via ClickUp, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared, it's fair game.
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
Pausing your FloPros subscription is a perfect way to ensure you are maximizing your budget and puts you in complete control of the process. When you pause your subscription, we will stop all engagement until you decide its time to pick back up again. Your billing period will be preserved so if you pause half way through a billing period, you will pick up right where you left off in that cycle. So if you had 2 weeks left in your billing period when you pause, you'll have 2 weeks left before your next payment when you start again. Its that simple and transparent.
PS. We'll archive all of your requests so you won't have to onboard or add all of your tasks once you pick back up :)
You should cancel your FloPros subscription if you feel we can no longer be of useful service and do not have any plans to reengage in the forceseeable future. You can cancel at anytime and your subscription will cease at the end of the current month when cancelling.
We will archive your data for 30 days incase you change your mind. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Great question! Yes! We can absolutely support your WordPress or Shopify site in a similar fashion to our Webflow modals.
